Saturday May 19th marked the culmination of negotiations between the Writers Association of Grenada and the Grenada Creole Society resulting in pledged collaboration between the two bodies as both seek to preserve and promote elements of Grenadian Heritage in various forms.

June 2nd 2012, several members of the Writers Association of Grenada ventured out to the Grenada Yacht Club to enjoy an afternoon of activities and relaxing fellowship. This marked the Association's first social of the 2012 Calendar Year right on the heels of a successful May meeting which saw insightful contributions from the Grenada Creole Society as well as an influx of new members.
