Quick History

The Writers Association of Grenada (W.A.G.) was founded by the late Mrs. Shirley Braithwaite with the help of Basil Bonaparte, Esther O'Neale, Sadnar Cornell-Woodroffe, Marsye Taylor and others. 



Fun Fact 2: Almost all of the founders have served as President at one time or the other



Since becoming an officially registered body, W.A.G. has independently and collaboratively staged many literary events to help promote culture and creativity in Grenada.
